Refund policy

You have 28 days from the day of delivery or the day the order becomes available for collection at your chosen store or pickup point to return an item for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you're returning an item from within Canada, returns made through My Account within 14 days of receiving your order or it being available for collection are free. A return fee of CAD 1.95 will be applied if you return an item after 14 days of receipt, which will be deducted from your total refund. Some return fee exclusions may apply.
